What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in brand-new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once opened.

We recommend hand washing your knee sleeves and wraps in cold water with a mild detergent and allowing them to air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer, as high heat can damage the neoprene and elastic components.
