Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
